By accessing or using PulseSeo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Description of Service

PulseSeo provides automated SEO auditing tools that analyze publicly accessible web pages. The Service checks ranking factors including performance, meta tags, accessibility, security, structured data, and SEO best practices.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of audit results. SEO recommendations are based on documented best practices but do not guarantee improved search rankings.

Acceptable Use

You may only audit URLs that you own or have authorization to audit. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to scan any URL you submit.

You may not use the Service to: perform denial-of-service attacks or excessive automated scanning; scrape or redistribute audit data at scale; reverse-engineer the Service; or submit URLs for malicious purposes.

We reserve the right to rate-limit or block access if we detect abusive usage patterns.

Accounts

Some features require creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or provide false information.

Free and Paid Services

The core single-page SEO audit is free and will remain free. We may introduce paid tiers with additional features such as automated scanning, historical tracking, and API access.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at the time of purchase. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are provided at our discretion. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using a paid feature, contact us and we will work to resolve it or issue a refund.

Intellectual Property

The PulseSeo name, logo, and application code are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

Audit reports generated by the Service are yours to use, share, and distribute freely. We do not claim ownership over your audit data.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PulseSeo and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

We are not responsible for any actions you take based on audit recommendations, including changes to your website that may affect search rankings, traffic, or revenue.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. If you have an account, you can delete it from your account settings.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or for any other reason at our discretion with reasonable notice.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
